Feting Fear?

Fear has been and still is a major issue to many. In fact some people grow up associating life with certain phobias that to a large extent determines how far they are able to go.

Although fear can be classified as a natural tendency it is also a spirit. 2 Tim 1:7: "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of sound mind."

The one thing that is synonymous with great names is that at some point they conquered their fears. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "He who is not everyday conquering some fear has not learned the secret of life." The question is what are your afraid of? Identify it, conquer it. If you must achieve great things then you must confront and dealt with that which instills fear in you.

Recognize that just as faith is creative, fear is also creative - but negatively. However, fear is more expensive than faith! Quit living in fear and walk in the realm of possibilities - because that's where God dwells.

Fear can mean one of two things: Forget Everything And Run or Face Everything And Rise. The choice is yours. Realize that the challenge may be right in front of you but it will NEVER take from you the ability to choose how to respond to it. That remains your prerogative. However huge the odd stacked against you, you decide what to do or not do. Face that fear.

Courage is not the absence of fear, it is acting in spite of it. Don't give up, there is hope! As much as lies within your power look around or beyond the fear and envision desirable outcomes. For, if you can see a future brighter than the gathered dark clouds, it's easier to go out (on a limb) in the dark with the assurance before long things would change.

See you at the top!
