Yesterday, someone close to me passed on.
I am still trying to come to terms with her demise.
It is made more painful by the fact that I have a little idea how much of a blow it is to her husband, turned widower.
It brings back a question that has been at the fore of my mind since my kid brother crossed the great divide: What really is there in this life that we run around so much for?
The point is, life is a silk thread, easily cut. Its only value is in the number of lives it touches positively.
I am pained by this death, and I know many others that are. One key reason is that this woman's life was a blessing.
My question to you is, how are you spending your life and times?
Who are you blessing??
It is in blessing others that you make your life count.
