Luck is a fabulous thing...when it smiles on you.
It will stand you out, give you attention and make you something of a reference point.
The challenge is that luck cannot be replicated (by others who desire to). That is because it is controlled and directed by factors over which you have no influence.
Many people want this. Very few people ever encounter it. Of the number who do, fewer still do something meaningful and lasting with it.
There is another dynamic that is often referred to as luck: when a prepared person meets an opportunity.
Those who do not know, see the resultant events without realizing the work that had been done behind the scene (prior to that time).
The beauty of this is that it can be reproduced by anyone willing to. All that is required will be to prepare the ground, sow the seeds and once any rain comes (from anywhere), the crops will auto-germinate and flourish.
