A key ingredient to well-being is physical health and fitness.
The interesting thing is, this part is often neglected.
Most of those who will go out of their way to beef up security and take measures that promote their safety do not pay the same kind of attention to the condition of their bodies.
What do you take in (food, drinks)?
How much do you burn (via exercise)?
Or do you just consume in the belief that it will break down and be defecated?
Is the gym your photography studio or where you actually burn calories.?
Realize that many of the ailments people suffer are lifestyle-induced.
And do not say it does not run in your family. You may just be giving it a foothold.
If you desire to live long and strong, then deliberately pursue that as a goal.
Eat right. Exercise. Monitor your weight (in relation to your height [BMI]). Meet your physician regularly for check-up.
