2020 has been an unusual year, to say the least.
For many, the year has not gone according to plan. At some point, folks settled into survival mode -- let's just get through it.
Whether this reflective of your state or not, the fact is that you are here (at the tail end of the year). If you are in the class that has made something good out of this year, congratulations. If you are in the other camp, do not feel bad.
Matches have been won in the closing moments. Races have been upturned because someone caught a second wind. Stories have changed dramatically just before the end because a last-gasp effort was made.
The primary thing is to tell yourself that it is not over. And that even within these two months things can take a turn for the better.
John Maxwell said: "Everytime you remove the label of impossible from a task, you raise your potential from average to off the chart."
Here is what to do:
• BELIEVE: it is possible, it is not too late, it is good for you to get it
• STRATEGIZE: the paths and steps to succeeding require you to think through
• WORK: however fantastic your ideas, they will not materialize without conscientious and concentrated effort
Also, leverage on platforms, opportunities and people. Someone knows the way to where you are headed. Besides, why reinvent the wheel?
Welcome to your future!
