Making a Success of 2017

Welcome to 2017. It is going to be all manner of things.
I pray that it delivers your dreams and desires. Then again, that is only a prayer, you have a part to play. That is what this is about.

I believe you entered this year with promises and or plans. That is a good place to begin because if you have none of those, you have no business taking up someone else's air. But that does not refer to you, does it? I did not think so. Without disparaging the weight of the promise made you and the magnitude of your plans, I want to introduce you to two additional fundamental steps.

In Genesis 13 from verse 14 to the end, Elohim asked Abraham to look to the north, south, east and west and promised Abraham that as far as his eyes could see would become his. That is the promise (or your plans and projections, as the case may be). Immediately after that, Abraham relocated and built an altar of worship.

Step I: Worship
If you really want to go far and get all of 'that' this year, you have to have an altar of worship that is functional and active.

Move on to Chapter 14 of the same book and you encounter the next rung. Abraham went to war.

Step II: Warfare
It is imperative to recognise that you have to fight for what you want. 2017 will not deliver to you what you do not contend for.
