NAD Risk Reduction

 Good day.


Consider the spate of sudden, non-accidental deaths in recent times and you might get worried.

We do not have control over the hour of death, agreed. However, we can influence a couple of things that elongate lives. These practices reduce the chances of a non-accidental death (NAD).

✓ Sleep/rest well
✓ Eat right
✓ Exercise
✓ See a physician for check-up 

The first three ensure that you are healthy, the last one will catch anomalies (in the body system). Early detection makes treatment or management easier. 

If one lessens the risk of an NAD, and applies personal safety principles to mitigate accidents, they exponentially increase life expectancy.
