What are the goals you have for the year?
Are you chasing them already?
Be deliberate about actualizing them. Everything you do, okay, most of what you do should contribute to their attainment.
Who are the people playing in your chosen field or that have successfully played there that can help you?
There is no point reinventing the wheel. Latch unto experience and principles and make your journey smarter and shorter.
A final thing: keep firing until you hit the target.
You will falter, you may fall. Things may not go according to plan. Yet, stay in the game. Make the necessary adjustments (and substitutions) but keep at it. Life makes room for the persistent. So, do not stop until you win.
